HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Most items are hand made to order and I will do my best to get them made as quickly as possible.

Items will typically ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment but please allow up to 5 business days for an order to be prepared. All orders will ship via USPS First Class, please contact if different shipping method is needed.

For international purchases, buyers are responsible for taxes and fees that may occur in customs. USPS gives estimated delivery dates and seller is not responsible for delays due to customs. Customs departments do have the right to hold items, and unfortunately, how long they hold they choose to hold them is beyond our control. International orders typically takes about 2 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks or more.  

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

In attempt to save the world with one less piece of waste at a time, gift boxes are available for purchase here. I also try to keep my packaging eco-friendly as possible, each piece of jewelry will come neatly wrapped and placed in reusable cloth pouch. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

It is very important to me that you are happy with your new treasured gems.

In most cases UNWORN jewelry may be returned within 14 days of shipping for refunds or exchange. If the jewelry has been worn, pieces may only be exchanged for another piece(s) within the shop. There are always extenuating circumstances and I am a very reasonable person, so please contact me with any concerns. Communication goes a long ways and I am happy to work with you to make sure both parties are happy.

Buyer is responsible for any re-shipping charges for any exchanges or returns and will be invoiced through Paypal. If there was an error on my part or there was damages during shipping, then charges will be waived.

 

HOW DO YOU CARE FOR BRASS JEWELRY?


Each piece of jewelry is handmade with 100% brass and 100% love. With proper care your jewelry is made to be worn well throughout this while ride of life. Each piece of jewelry will come with care instructions and a polishing pad to keep your pieces bright and shiny to your liking.  But please read on for more details on jewelry care...

Over time it is common for these brass to show signs of character on the patina or develop tarnish. These should not be considered an imperfection or flaw, consider it unique charm and individuality to your jewelry! However, if your pieces tarnish more than you prefer simply use very fine #0000 steel wool or a polishing cloth made for jewelry to buff off any unwanted discoloring. Brass cleaner and other chemicals could also be used to clean off tarnish but use carefully and use it only on the metal parts of your jewelry, these chemicals can damage the stones or some of the connections made in the jewelry design. To best protect your pieces of jewelry avoid liquids that may tarnish the metal (i.e. Sunscreen, lotions, bug sprays, perfumes and Burning Man… seriously… Burning Man will be the death of your jewelry).  

To prolong the life of your jewelry do not sleep, shower or do rigorous activity while wearing your beloved pieces. Some components, materials or crystals may be damaged, break down or become tangled beyond repair.



WHAT IF MY JEWELRY NEEDS REPAIRING?

I stand by my work and I'm happy to offer free repairs on all my pieces of jewelry. Please contact me to discuss repairs or replacements.
